Distraction
I don't write all night
like I used to
and it worries me;
the less I have to say,

I am a parasite
sucking the marrow
from a heartache
I've already agreed upon;
anticipating
all that will precede it
and the fallout from which
there is no shelter.

Tonight in Denver look for cloudy and very cold conditions with light snow... 1-3" and winds out of the northeast 10-15 mph. Lows near -3. Windchill values have already been well below zero and expect dangerous windchill values tonight and tomorrow. Wednesday will be even colder if you can believe that! Partly cloudy, bitter cold, light northeast winds and highs near 9 degrees! Wednesday night clearing and very cold with lows near -6!
